This book tells the story of a nonconformist mermaid who lives in one of the most beautiful fountains of Paris, the Fountain of the Seas, a real fountain located at Place de la Concorde. All the mythological characters from the fountain talk to her about the sea. Her greater wish becomes to visit the sea eventually until one day, tired of waiting she decides to quit the comfort of her fountain and go for it. She will find her place in the world, as well as some friends along the way.
