What is the worst thing that can happen to a sock? Be swallowed by a  washing machine? Get lost in a drawer? Falling while you're hanging clothes with your mother? That is what happens to the young protagonist of this story. Determined to recover his sock, Carlos will embark on a detective adventure down the stairs. Could it have fallen in Mrs. Ramírez's patio or balcony? Carlos does not imagine that while he tries to unveil the mystery, he will discover the best kept secret of the building where he lives: his neighbours.
